Mark your calendars to attend the Bully Defense Training Program offered by Heller Martial Arts of Falls City, Neb. The program will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 1, at the Mary Cotton Public Library. The program is geared for ages 3 to 12, but all are welcome to attend.
Marcus Heller, a Third-Degree Black Belt of Gshim TaeKwanDo and students of Heller Martial Arts, will present a program discussing bullying, fighting, how to prevent it and how to protect oneself.
